Alvin listened and understood our unique situation. He was very patient for the time spent there and paid attention to us the entire time we were there. The store was clean and pleasant to shop in. the staff were all friendly too.
Good selection and quality but you will pay for it. The salesforce obviously works off of commission ... they are on you as soon as you walk in the door. I like to be greeted but not hounded.

They deserve no stars. Furniture is three weeks late. They were to call my cell phone to schedule the delivery time, no call. When I got home from work I see I have a missed call on my home phone from them, no message! Then when I get a hold of them, I am told the delivery time is between 2:30 and 6:30pm when I was told I could be the first delivery of the day! So, cancelling a birthday party because they lack customer service. And of course, there is no recourse as the customer so you just have to deal with it.....which is what both of the staff members I spoke to had to say about the situation. Reading other reviews has me concerned because I too was promised that the delivery people would haul the old furniture out. Another reviewer has advised that they refused to move hers to the curb. We will see if the horrible customer service continues!
