A very positive experience throughout! I'm really glad that I made my furniture purchase at Hudson's in Lakeland. The store General Manager was very engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. You will not feel pressured, but you will feel like people are there to give you the information and options you need to help you with your furniture decision. To top it off, the furniture is high quality.
I WILL be shopping at Hudson's again. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. They do not stand behind their products or their customers even when you buy furniture protection and their furniture fall apart. Just search Google and see.
We were not satisfied with the repair attempts, so contacted customers service again. Hudson’s agreed to refund us full credit for the furniture purchased. We selected different replacement furniture and are very satisfied.

Definitely shop at Hudson's!
Hudson's is the only store I shop at for furniture/decor. I have shopped every store in town but after visiting Hudson's years ago I never went back to another. I highly recommend Lisa as well. She's like family. I can call her anytime. I actually had an emergency in December and needed a dining room set last minute at a reasonable price and had one within days. Lisa is knowledgeable with no pressure (and discloses all costs in her quotes). In addition, they recently remodeled their store and it's very nice! Definitely worth a visit!!
My wife and I shopped and purchased living room furniture at the beginning of 2017. During the first few months after we received the furniture, we had some issues with the furniture so contacted Hudson’s customers’ service. During the next couple of months, a contract furniture repair company attempted to correct the noted discrepancies.
Although I entered this furniture store to browse, however due to the friendliness of the staff, along with their knowledge on all items on manufactures; I ended up purchasing a few pieces of furniture. Ricardo is a great young salesman surrounded by a family like team of coworkers who all go out of their way to help each-other. No pressuring to sell furniture unlike many other business I've ventured to. I highly recommend this place and will continue to be a customer. Hospitality is also second to none at this location
Just moved to Florida last November and was looking for a furniture store locally, we went into Hudson and met Joseph McGuffey. No pressure and searched for just the right lift recliner and just could not make up my mind and Joe asked that we come back soon. Walking toward the front we stopped to look at a Love Seat, well we bought the Love Seat and went ahead and got the matching sofa, why not it will look great cause we needed a sofa for the sun room so little moving around will be good. Short story long, we get delivery Wednesday because we waited till after Irma. Oh wait, went back in to see Joe and well, the new lift recliner comes on Thursday. I highly recommend Hudson Furniture and if you want an over the top Salesman Joe is the guy. We also met Derrick who I am sure runs the place and he was also great and made sure we were happy and that these transactions and deliveries go without a hitch. Thanks Joe, we will return and also drop your name whenever we can....Oh wait, the wife just had to have a new carpet too. GREAT JOB JOE AND HUDSON FURNITURE.
