My experience with this store; specifically the Manager Chad has been an absolute nightmare. My washer; which is slightly over a year old stopped working on September 21st, 2016. It's now November 30, 2016 and it has yet to be repaired nor have I been properly informed and/or updated throughout the process. When I called to inquire on its status on November 10th, 2016, I was told by Chad that the Samsung tech would be in to service it on the following week; however, it's been 2 weeks and still...nothing! Chad made it very clear to me during that call that he was not concerned with my happiness nor satisfaction as a client when he made the statement "I'm not going to call you every day to update you." which I never expected, but as I told him during that call; he nor his employees had called me once. The level of service here is horrendous and very much unacceptable!!! To say that he "dropped the ball" doesn't apply in this case, because he never picked it up. Chad takes no ownership or responsibility for consumer issues and/or complaints. He is extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending when dealing with or interacting with clients. He is a coward and demonstrates both poor leadership and communication skills. This was my first time doing business with Aaron's, but definitely my last. I am utterly disgusted with this company and Aaron's can thank Chad for that. I am now waiting on the Head Regional Manager to give me a call as I am filing a formal complaint.
They never answer their phones. It rings and rings and rings. No matter how much you call. I live more than 40 minutes away from this store and it's my primary store, I can't just go down there to talk to them every single time. I have a problem trying to reach them every single time I call.
Its a great place to go if your looking for a home item and dont have the full payment upfront.
i bought a washer from them in March, paid it off in september. no problems. My dryer decided to give out and called today 10/14 @ 1206pm and spoke to a lady with a nasty attitude. Needless to say i got a new dryer from RAC and the people were actually nice!! You attract more people with honey than vinegar. Good Riddance!
