My car was backed in to in a parking lot this March (2017). The insurance company of the person who backed in to my car wanted to use another rental car company to give me a rental while my car was being repaired. They called the company and made my rental reservation. When I called to reserve my rental, I had to leave a voicemail. My call was not returned. The next morning I called the same company at 3 different times and didn't get an answer. On the 4th attempt the call was answered, I was put on hold, and then the call disconnected. I called the insurance company and told them I couldn't get an answer from the company they wanted me to use and told them I wanted to use Enterprise on US 98. They sent my details to Enterprise and within 2 minutes of hanging up the phone with the insurance company I called Enterprise. They had all my information from the insurance company, asked me for the necessary info for their system and I was all set. The next Monday a lovely Enterprise employee picked me up from the body repair shop after I dropped off my car, drove me to their office, and within 10 minutes I had my rental car and was on my way.
I jumped the gun and rented a car before I actually needed to. I know! They refunded a portion of the fee, which they didn't have to. Good people with a heart. Would definitely recommend this place.
The staff at this location is so friendly. Whether over the phone or in person, they treat every one with a smile, courtesy, and respect. The customer service at this location is top notch. The office is a fun and happy atmosphere. I returned my rental car yesterday afternoon after 5 pm as my car repairs were complete. Before I had even gotten home, Enterprise called me letting me know the final amounts for my rental and followed up this morning with a courtesy call.
Words can't express the satisfaction we got from renting from Enterprise in North Lakeland. The customer service is out of this world!
The manager at this location, Denise, knows what customer service is. She gets things done. She is positive and motivated. She will accommodate any request. She makes you feel welcomed and a valued customer. She even knows how to handle a sometimes demanding and grumpy road warrior. THANK YOU DENISE!

My company asked me to travel last minute so the evening before I needed a car I went to my corporate travel app to book the car and it told me there no cars available at this location. So I went to the Enterprise app and was told the same thing. Having rented a car from this location many times I had the station manager's email address. So at 10pm at night I emailed the manager asking if she could get me a car first thing in the morning. At 7:00am the next morning I received a reply from the manager to come on down and get my car.
Very attentive. Reserve car online and they had the vehicle and moved through the process very quickly. Appreciated the staff courteousness.
This is the best Enterprise location to rent a car from. I was in a car accident last April (2016) and the process to rent a car from them was simple and hassle free. Everything was handled by the insurance company of the person who hit my car. They delivered my rental car to the body repair shop the morning I dropped of my vehicle to be repaired and let me return the rental car to them via the body repair shop.
