This Mr. Odems of Kathleen tax service required a 5000. retainer to start working on my tax .He aggreeed to take 2500. as first payment , and after 7 months of waiting he never even tried to start or even communicated .I finally called back and ask for my money back, He refuses to send back. He did nothing but steal my money. This guy is a snake! BEWARE!
