The black guy who works here is a total and complete MORON. I made an appointment because I was told I would need one to get a copy of how much I've paid in taxes over the years. He brushed me off and told me I could do it online. I was temporarily relieved and started to walk out the door.

Tuff guy rent a cop had a bad attitude. I expect more professionalism & courtesy out of people but maybe that's just my 12 years in uniform talking.
It just pisses me off because I would have come all that way and made an appointment at this unbelievably exclusive center, only to go home empty handed and have to spend more gas money travelling there again to get what I actually needed.
