Got trapped behind another one of those people in line that starts with a dozen coupons for every item in their basket, then proceed to pull out more and more and more of them as you stand there watching all your frozen items melt and everyone behind you goes to the next lane, leaving you just stuck there unless you want to pick everything up off the belt and change lanes too. They have lines for people with 10 items or less. Why not one for these professional coupon people? We finally had had enough and walked out, leaving everything sit on the belt. They want to pander to these people instead of their paying customers, then let *them* clean up the mess. We will NOT be back again.
I can expect to see the "Fall Orchard" salad, and the "Superfood" salad about once per month, maybe. But there's a huge stack of the "tuna patty" salads that sit there for days, and develop brown, wilting lettuce at the bottom (so I have to turn my salads upside down daily to check if its rotten).
So, I go to the back of the store and get the ceasar "dip" from the fruit section, because I got tired of having to "inconvenience" the deli workers EVERY SINGLE DAY to re-stock the Ceasar dressing, forks, and napkins. Literally... every day.
Bit pricey but I'm from up North so what I pay is different and some mite see it as a good price
I had a good shopping experience here. The market is clean and the staff is super friendly.
I get a salad, 2 Ceasar dressings, a "dirty" brand bag of chips, and a Monster energy drink, every day, without exception, for 5 months.
I really don't mean to be "petty", but I come to this Publix, every M-F, every week, for 5 months now between 12noon and 12:30. In the past month I've seen a DRAMATIC decrease in quality of the Deli service and inventory.
I'm a little frustrated with having to walk out empty-handed once per week to go to Subway, because every salad in the bin in wilted & rotten, and while your register workers are always friendly and helpful, your deli workers behave so miserably, I'd just assume avoid them.
Not sure if there was a recent change in management, or if your deli workers just stopped caring and being held accountable. Either way, it should be addressed, quickly. I would expect this from Wal-Mart.... ot Publix
Mary at the deli IS THE BOMB. I have only interfaced with her a couple times, but EACH WAS INVALUABLE... What a GEM!!! I LOVE THIS PUBLIX AND THEIR GREAT EMPLOYEES.
The "dirty" brand Honey-sciracha chips? They are available for 2 days per month, and then it will be another month before I see them again.
I'll get a piece of cornbread instead of chips, but they are only available 1-2x per month, or less.
You haven't re-stocked the Ceasar dressing in 2 weeks - I've been counting. Trust me.
