The supplier actually delivered the wrong shingles. We'd have never known the difference, except Robbie called told us about the error and corrected it immediately.
4) They took time to discuss options.
Upon arrival of personnel, the work begam immediately. After two days we had a new roof and the workmsnship was excellent. The post-installation cleanup was also excellent.
We had planned to get our 13 year old roof replaced in mid-September. Due to hurricane Irma, High Tower contacted us that our project would be delayed because of a high demand for tarping leaking houses.
Although this will probably be the last roof we put on our house, we will heartily recommend High Tower to others.

Robbie, the owner. and his wife, are genuinely good people. Their business is top of the line. The do great work in a very timely manner. The crew was professional and they did a nice clean up when they finished the work. I called four companies before I found them. Three never called me back and the fourth was 30% more than Hightower. Can't recommend them enough.
