Excellent selection of Products. However, The animals/fish can be Very disappointing Quality. They get their animals from 1 source supposedly. The Rabbits, Guinea pigs, and Parakeets were "whatever" they get. You never know what and poor selection. Betta fish didn't look good and much of the Fish were not sellable due to needing treatment.
Worse customer service i have ever experienced in my life. They never have what you need and the younger staff have little to no knowledge to answer any question asked. 4 staff members in the store,yet not one came to help the elder employee that had a super long line waiting to purchase there items until she had to scream for one of the other 3 to remove themselves from the 3 staff huddle of conversation that had no relevance to anything inside of the pet supermarket.I was extremely displeased with my experience and would rather take tge drive to the Brandon location wher there much more experienced and courteous to there customers wants and needs.. if i could score the lakeland location lower than a 1,i would give it a big ZERO!!! Horrible!!
Very friendly atmosphere and staff. They will also go out of way to make sure people going down ramp feel safe.
Can't say everything was wrong. A staff lady asked me if I everything was alright and did helped me choose the right food for my puppy. The wrong part is when I went to pay, they definitely need more practice in how to offer and ask if you want to donate but not to offer the VIP card. I told her it was my first visit. Wouldn't it be fair a nice welcome an offering to the VIP and a simple question. Did you find everything? I think yes. But I will give them a chance and visit soon. And will come back to give another feedback.
All the employees really know their stuff and are great at answering questions. Even the newer employees, who do not have as much experience, are not afraid to say they dont know an answer but they DO know who on staff is best for certain questions and will find the answer for you instead.
