Had to return a sub that had plastic in my sandwich. The manager that was there was awesome and he took care of me to the best that he could.
Excellent service as usual. Associates were loading gallons of water of pallets, right into your cart as you entered the store. Glad Publix is here and so customer focused!!
I have been shopping here for years. Overall good experiences every time. Employees are always very friendly and helpful. Great selection of Gluten Free items, although not openly labelled. Despite having several commercials that pinpoint this as a feature of the store. Public Subs are the bomb! (or they were when I wasn't a Celiac) They're still the bomb just not for me. I am beginning to think I should rephrase the word "bomb" to awesome! They're awesome! Okay, I knocked off a star because the produce section. Over the last couple years I have seen a drop in the quality of the produce section. Whether it be decaying fruit and veggies or the lack there of certain items. It also is kind of disappointing that there isn't more meat options for Celiacs.
Several employees are more interested in chatting with each other than they are in customer service. Produce is,generally not very fresh. Variety is lacking unless you like factory produced food. Not my first choice for groceries.
