The customer service staff was excellent in identifying our needs and helping us schedule. I was able to check everything online and they kept us up to date via email every step of the way. Everything was picked up and delivered exactly on time. We were highly satisfied and would use them again.

My intentions were 3 months to rent the PODS. Much to my neighbors chagrin I had it 6 months. PODS was accommodating and easy to order both drop off and pick up. Both Drivers were friendly and patient.
The quote I was given was what I was charged. The delivery and move, then pick up went right on time, and just as described. The pod made my move very easy!
