Called Lakeland locksmith for a routine job. They were quick to get there we only waited approximately 15 minutes. Once he arrived he was very friendly and professional. We had some banter about sports which is always a good time. After he unlocked the car of the person we called for I approached the man to make the payment. I was paying for a labor ready worker we hired for the day because i felt bad his keys got stuck in his car. He would have lost the money he made for the day. The man asked me "do you know this person" I proceeded to tell him that i didnt and i felt bad for the guy. The man replied " Well Im the owner and Im going to pass it down to you, Im not charging you for this" I was blown away and very happy. Great guy and great service!
Horace is an everyday hero. I parked next to a white truck at the pet store and noticed two dogs in the truck. There was an older gentleman on the other side of the truck trying to break the window with his cane. Seems one of the dogs locked the doors. I recalled seeing this locksmiths store and went over for help and offered to pay for service. Horace locked his doors, and came to the rescue. Horace was beyond kind to the gentleman, unlocked his door, met the dogs and did not charge either of us. What an unexpected kindness!
