They are incredible! They have repaired and restored an antique wristwatch that belonged to my father. I have my wife's watch there now for service. I have purchased from them in the past and it has always been a quality item at a fair price. Would recommend this store for all occasion jewelry purchases.

Bill Munchel waited on me and it was a great experience, they resize two rings for me, my father in laws & my dad's. The workmanship was stunning and the cost was reasonable. We drive from Tampa to Munchel's to shop and maintain our jewelry. The customer service is excellent. We've known certain members of the family for several years, and they are great people both at work and outside of work. It's important to find a jeweler one can trust as it's easy for a jeweler to take advantage of an average customer's lack of knowledge regarding jewelry (quality, color, etc, and what it all means).
