Humor is horrible, supposed to be scheduling to hVe my son on the 8th. Lakeland contacts me cause they can't get ahold of them and I'm not even in the system!!! I'm due the 22nd!!! This is BS no one does there job right!!!
We heard her tell a nurse that the baby’s heart beat was 150 and that things seems normal, but she never once reassured us that everything was good and that the baby was healthy. I left almost in tears and immediately found another doctor.... I hope others don’t have the same experience that we did , but my husband and I were nothing but kind and thrilled to see how our baby was doing, and we were treated very poorly and left with no picture or reassurance. But the man down stairs doing the urine samples and blood work was very nice. :)
The lady at the front desk needs to fix her attitude or get a different job. Where she doesn’t have to communicate with people. This is supposed to be a professional health care facility. She needs to be re-trained on what her job duties are and how to speak to the patients. Just plan out rude and disrespectful.
Came in there with a right knee pain. The LRMC told me to see a Doctor about my knee pain, went here from a follow up from the ER and the doctor that saw me today May 22, 2017, did not exam the knee he went by what the ER doctor said in this report and the ER doctor to me to go to my doctor so I can get a MRI now I have to be in pain because the ER doctor told me one thing and wrote in the report that my knee was normal because of the X-rays and the doctor at this place did not want to here me when I showed get him my knee was swelling and hurting to walk but he said that the ER doctor said that it was normal. Stay away from this place if you in up going to the ER because he will not exam you he will go by what the ER doctor said he is all about the money not helping the client find the problem what is wrong he will just let another doctor do this work for him so he can get paid.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I was very disappointed with the OB doctor at Central Florida Healthcare. My husband and I were very excited to see the ultrasound as we are 14 weeks pregnant. The doctor did not let him look at the ultrasound and only allowed me to see it for 2 seconds. We thought she was just getting it situated, so we didn’t say anything at first. Then she took it away and cleaned me off. She wouldn’t put it back on my tummy so that my husband and I could see the baby. She wouldn’t give us a picture. She said we would have to remind her at the very beginning of the ultrasound next time. She was very rude and hardly said a word to us. We were very excited and kind the whole time and were shocked that she was so impersonal and rude. I told her I had a inverted uterus, which is also called retroverted uterus and she laughed at me and said that’s impossible because I wouldn’t be pregnant if I did.... I corrected my term “inverted” to “retroverted” and she just nodded..
God Bless this places and the clients that go there have faith that you don't get this doctor.
I was very happy with Dr Ho last year and the receptionist were nice ..until today that I was helped BY a white lady called w Loraine a clerk with really nasty customer service she yelled out loud this is not a free clinic and was really rude . This is the first time I had troubles in the front desk with some one being nasty I mean if you don't like working at a low income clinic go and look for a job at a better upper scale clinic... Been a patient here for a year and I would say Drs are nice but staff upfront can be really nasty and make you feel as if hey are making you a favor clinic administrators should look into this.
