I've been there several time's looking for specialized parts that I was going to have to order from new Jersey because they could not be found in Florida,,so I thought..then an old timer friend of mine ask me had I tried Hardy's Hardware,,I'd didn't know of them...long story short, they had all my parts in stock..no shipping or waiting a week to finish my project..and at a cheaper price then I would have paid..getting it shipped from new Jersey.. Oh yes..and when they ask for you to come in..its because they sometimes may need to match up your broken part to the new one to be sure you get your correct parts..because they have such a wide variety of matches.. you can't tell the difference from a discription it has to be done visually.. Good job!!!! Got my parts right the first time every time..no returns till you get right..there right....not waiting on shipping with guess work and delays...so do yourself a favor and check with them first and save yourself money and wait time...and for those who are impatient and thinks the world should kiss there a s s .. order it online and you don't even have to leave your house, hopefully you capable of installing it..thanks and all have a great day..
Needed some plumbing parts, could not find in the home improvement stores or the local plumbing supply stores in w.h. and l.w., was at A.D. Baynard plumbing supply and the nice lady told me about Hardy's hardware so I called 1st to check for parts they had everything I needed, the store reminded me of the old Lynn green hardware in adale, glad now to know Hardy's that's my new hardware store, thanks for the help...
I have worked in retail management all my life and these people are rude. I don't know how they stay in business.
I love hardy's. I could give a crap whether they can be rude and preferably cater to rednecks! All feelings aside, they have what I need when other stores don't carry it. They better not close down! EVER!
They made me come all the way from Plant City just to tell me they don't have the parts I was looking and most of them Sounds like they don't have a clue what they're selling!!!
