Airwaves he started to turn blue .So again to my husband and myself that doesnt know how to deal with someone who is having a seziure him and my daughter pryed my sons mouth open to pull his tongue up during that time he bit the crap out of my husband's finger. And we have never experienced this before. So my husband asked one of the fire and resucue guys if he could get a band aid because he was bleeding from were my son clamped down on his finger.One of the guys said no because it was my husbands fault for putting his finger in his mouth... That is a shame on how we were treated.. Also your Ems guy that sat in the back with my child in the ambulance very very upset with he question me on are sure he had a seizure and took it upon himself to put done MY child PASSED OUT ..SMH...WELL REALITY CHECK GUYS HE DID HAVE SEIZURE AND HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH EPILEPSY.. SO THUMBS DOWN TO THE FIRST RESPONDER D'S AND EMS ON EWELL RD STATION...NOT A HAPPY MOTHER.Date of occurrence 01/06/2017 time 1:00 to 1:30pm ish

Was very Disappointed on there actions.. Time they got us wasn't bad for the fire and rescue. Getting the ambulance here very dissatisfied.. As your staff approached our residents. They seemend to have no ambission on getting to my son that had a Seizure which was unknown to us on how to help a person that is going through a Seizure because he's never had one..so before they got here my son was in convulsions and his tongue started roll back which was blocking his
