In my years of dealing with the Clerks and other staff of the Second District Court of Appeal in Lakeland, Florida, I have found them to be polite, considerate and knowledgeable of their respective position. Although I haven't always gotten my way when it comes to a particular court ruling, the law is the law and perception and/or interpretation of the law is within the purview of those making the final decision.
