Purchased 3rd bike (2nd for me) today. After talking with Brent about bike styles, components and different brands I got to test ride a Specialized and wow, great bike. Overall great service start to finish with all my purchases there. Highly recommended!
I have repeatedly tried to buy from this store, but they always fail to provide. They have a very, very small assortment of MTB products or clothing to purchase. As a Specialized bike owner they are the only dealer in Lakeland. This last visit will definitely be my last. All I needed was a black Specialized water bottle cage. None in stock of course. So we ordered one. They told me it should be delivered to store in a couple days. So I waited and never heard anything back. I called after 4 -5 days and they said something happened with the shipping. I'm guessing they forgot to order it. So they said it will be here in 2 days. 2days has passed and still no phone call no merchandise. Always something with this place. Thanks for your always poor customer service.
The guys at this shop were AMAZING. I went in first just to look at a bike and the guy, Steve, showed me a bike I fell in love with and told me everything I needed to know about it, even though he knew I was just there to window shop. I called back in later and they allowed me to make a payment on the bike. When I came in to get it, another man, Chris,was extremely patient with me while I pondered over which color I wanted. They also provided a helmet and take care of the first service fee. I wanted a basket so they attached that and did adjustments to the back for my seat height. Then the guys tried to help me put my bike into my car and it would not fit. They were willing to deliver it to my house but I really wanted to figure out a way to be able to transport it so they fixed my bike up so that I was able to easily pop the front wheel on and off. I could have gotten the bike for the same price online with additional costs for delivery but why on earth would I ever do that when I can get that type of service for just the price of the bike?! So pleased with my purchase and the customer service provided.
