Had my wedding and she never showed up with the cake for my wedding called multiple times she never answered the phone till the day after very disappointed in this place wouldnt reccomended no one to her at all .
The centerpiece cake and smash cake for my daughters first birthday came 2 1/2 hours late. When it arrived it was completely lopsided and looked horrible. She blamed it on “speed bumps”. It was 1 hour before the party so I had no choice but to use it. Would not recommend this bakery for professional cakes.
Smash cake for my neices 1yr birthday party came out lopsided and leaning. It looked okay decoration-wise, but the top was tilted at about a 30° angle to one side when it was supposed to be small round and flat. When brought to thier attention they dismissed it and seemed to be okay with it.
I wouldn't even give this place one star but obviously it's as low as it would allow. Me and my fiance purchased a cake from her for our wedding. She never showed with the cake, we called all day long and could not get her to answer, when we finally got an answer all she could tell us was she had us down for the following Saturday but all of our paper work and receipt said it was for the right day. Obviously I was torn to not have a cake at my wedding. This business is beyond unprofessional, do not count on her, especially for an occasion such as a wedding, I will never be able to go back in time and do the day over.
Took money for wedding cake, made arrangements for cake to be delivered at 2:00 for wedding that started at 4:30. Cake never showed up to the wedding. Bride mom tried to call multiple time never answered the phone. Bride wound up not having cake. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!
